Things you need to know
The 1% for the Campus fund received a generous donation that made it possible for ENC to pay for the three hotel nights of the Summit (checking-in on Tuesday, July 10th and checking-out on Friday, July 13th) at Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles (for ENC MPD Staff only). If you are planning to arrive before the 10th or checkout after the 13th, or if you are in need of an additional room for your children, you will be responsible to pay for those additional nights or additional rooms on your own. For additional nights or for non-MPD staff, the cost per night is $135 (plus applicable taxes).
In an effort to be good stewards of our donation, if you are a single MPD Staff person, you will share a room with another single ENC MPD staff person of the same gender. If you are attending the Summit with your spouse, you will have a room of your own. The hotel does require you to give a credit card upon check-in for incidentals or if you plan to stay longer than the paid-for nights. A form will be sent to all registrants in the coming weeks where you can select your bed preference and your roommate (if single).

Museum of the Bible
On Wednesday morning, ENC will pay for you, your spouse, and your children to tour The Bible Museum.
This will be a ticketed event. You can sign up when registering for the Summit.
*Child care will not be provided.
Character Coaching Training (Friday, July 13, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.)
This is a pilot program for those who currently work with or desire to work with athletes and athletic teams. This training is a tool that has helped reach athletic teams.
Character Coaching Training is optional.
Update Your Profile Picture
Partner Care is providing a photographer to take an updated profile picture and then email it to you after the Summit. If you would like to participate, you can sign up on the registration page. You will be assigned a time slot and it will be emailed to you closer to the Summit.
